DE cat/dog pet cremation

What is Involved in Pet Cremation?

During the cremation process, your pet's body is reduced to ash and bone fragments using extreme heat within a cremation chamber. All organic matter is consumed by heat or evaporation. The remaining material is referred to as "cremated remains." These cremated remains are then carefully removed from the cremation chamber to be scattered or returned to you. At Parsell Pet Crematorium, we cremate dogs and cats of all sizes and other household pets. We use a specific identification process and protocols in accordance with the highest standards of care to ensure that you receive only your pet's remains.

Private Lewes Pet Cremation $235

We can guarantee that your pet will be treated with dignity and respect throughout the pet cremation process. You can be confident that in our private pet cremation facilities, your pet alone is placed in the cremation chamber. Upon completion of the cremation, your pet's cremated remains are removed from the chamber, processed, and returned to you. We will care for your beloved companion with the same reverence as we would treat any other member of your family. We can even arrange for your family to witness the pet cremation process if you so desire.

Transportation Services $30 / Two Person $60

We can bring your pet into our care from your home within Sussex County. We provide complimentary pet cremation transportation to and from local animal hospitals and veterinary clinics.
